We’re glad you’re interested in becoming PriOps's Head of Marketing.

You will provide leadership vision, strategy, and execution across marketing disciplines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to our board, you’ll be the key member in marketing and sales, and create a talented team.

This role requires a high level of creativity, collaboration, attention to detail, and focus/flexibility in how best to bring an idea across the finish line and adjust quickly when priorities change.

The ideal candidate has impeccable leadership and communication skills with proven success in managing fast-growing organizations focused on B2B big corporations, thru big consulting companies as channel.

We’re looking for a dynamic marketer/communicator who’s comfortable with measuring and reporting results and not shy about holding teams accountable for their performance.

  • You will help change the world, thru blockchain.
  • Project Manager is in charge of schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept. Knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality.
The real challenge means...
  • Translate business priorities into marketing and sales strategies and tactics.
  • Guide overall marketing activities, which include lead gen efforts (content syndication/digital/social), sales enablement efforts, business development efforts, influencer/PR efforts, events, and more to grow PriOps's footprint in the short- and long-term.
  • Provide strategic guidance for marketing/sales efforts related to competitor analysis/differentiation, messaging and value propositions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics for prospects and customers.
  • Inspire team members to push boundaries, discover new approaches, test new tools, and take calculated risks to produce high-impact results.
  • Anticipate and resolve unexpected challenges that pop up in any department/organization related to internal/external communications and marketing activities.

What we expect from you...

  • 10+ years of relevant, B2B marketing and sales experience, preferably for a global SaaS software company, established firms or big consulting company.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. Building and managing a marketing organization with superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate our existing team and future talent.
  • Marketing/business leader with expert knowledge of technology industry/business trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of development and execution of innovative strategies to meet short- and long-term objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high-energy company environment
